Baggage Forward has the service for International shipping by COD or postage to be paid on delivery.
By requesting for international shipping service in advance, estimate for primary payment, arrival notification, packaging for shipping, and estimate work will be processed on priority basis as soon as the location of package is confirmed.
How to request international shipping by COD

Request international shipping service
Click [International shipping] to display request screen.

Enter required information following the format
In the category of ‘Cash on Delivery’, select [Yes].
Enter required information following the format.
For details on how to correctly fill out the form, please view the [!] next to the categoty.
Click [Confirm] once you are finished.
If you are dividing or separating shipments for packages from the same shops, please make individual requests as separate packages.
In these cases, if the package are shipped on the same day (arrive on the same day), please make one request indicating there are two boxes.
You can edit these information from My Page anytime.

Confirm package information of the scheduled request
Package information of the scheduled request will be displayed.
Please be aware the registration of package is yet to be confirmed.
Click [Add More] if you would like to add more packages.
Click [Register Item(s)] to register the package with the displayed information and not ordering shipment.
Click [Place Shipping Order] if you wish to proceed making shipment requests for packages.

Select create a shipping group
Click [Creat a new shipping group]
If there are shipping groups already created, they are shown as a list.

Specify shipping address
Specify shipping address where to send shipping group.
Select the shipping address from thepull-down menu.
You can set new shipping address if you choose [Enter a new shipping address].

Select the shipping method
Please select the shipping method.
The cell of selected shipping method will turn to green.

Purpose / Option
Please select ‘Purpose /One Parcel/All-in-One/Option’
Regarding shipping method, if there is more than one shipping from the group, it will be categorized as [All-in-One], and option fee applies automatically.
As for shipping method, you do not need to make selection.

Enter 'Other requests'
Please enter other requests.
If you have requests with packing methods or shipping, please feel free to enter here.
Once finished, click [Confirm].

Confirm the information on the confirmation page
Please confirm the information on the confirmation page.
If there is no problem, click [Done].

Overseas shipping request complete
With the above the registration of items and creation of shipping group are finished and overseas shipping request is completed.
The shipping group number appears on this page will be necessary when you make inquiry to Baggage Forward.
When applicable package is confirmed by shipping company, we will inform you the amount of COD or freight collect for primary payment necessary to receive the package.
