With Baggage Forward, you can register items in advance before they arrive.
Since you can create shipping group later, you can select shipping method or set combinations of different shipping groups at anytime.
If you wish to start the procedure of international shipping as soon as the package arrives, please submit the request.

Complete Pre-register of item
Click [International shipping] to show request screen.

Enter the required information following the format
Enter required information following the format.
For details on how to correctly fill out the form, please view the [!] next to the category.
Click [Confirm] once you are finished.
If you are dividing or separating shipments for packages from the same shops, please make individual requests as separate packages.
In these cases, if the package are shipped on the same day (arrive on the same day), please make one request indicating there are two boxes.
You can edit these information from My Page anytime.

Confirm and submit package information of the scheduled request
Package information of the scheduled request will be displayed.
Please be aware the registration of package is yet to be confirmed.
Click [Add More] if you would like to add more packages.
Click [Register Item(s)] to register the package with the displayed information.
Click [Place Shipping Order] if you wish to proceed making shipment requests for packages.

Return to ‘Manage Items and Groups’
The above completes registration of item in advance.
As it is the item shipping request is not made (not included to shipping group), it is shown as “Pending Items”.
What’s Pending Items
When delivery address and ideas of shipping method are fixed, please make sure to give shipping request.
