Please be aware cancellation is not possible under any circumstance when product procurement is completed.
How to cancel Personal Shopper

To cancel Personal Shopper
Click on [X] of Personal Shopper you wish to cancel.
If [X] is not displayed, it means the primary payment is completed and Baggage Forward has completed product procurement, so you cannot cancel it.

Confirm the message of alert
Confirm the message of alert and click [Delete].

Delete (Cancellation) Complete
Above complete Delete (Cancellation).
