The customers already using My Page must log-in with the temporary password which will be sent from Baggage Forward. Once you log-in to a new My Page with the temporary password, you will be directed to a page where you can set up your own password.
You may use Password Reminder to automatically resend the temporary password.

How to transfer

Enter temporary password and ID to new login screen
Enter temporary password and ID notified by email from Baggage Forward.

Enter your new password
Once you are directed to password resetting screen, enter any password you like.

Password setting complete
Once password setting complete screen is displayed, return to login screen.

Enter new password on the login page
Login with new password on the login page again.
After setting, keep the new password safe.

Login complete
Once login complete successfully, you will be directed to the front screen of My Page.
The data transferred from the old My Page are only below items.
・Membership ID and registered address・ Mail address ・ Membership registered information
The storage data in the current Baggage Forward will not be transferred.
If you wish to transfer data from the old My Page, please notify your customer ID and name to below Support Center.
We will finish data transfer process within 24 hours.
After data transfer, you can use it only on new My Page.
* Please note that old ID of My Page will be deleted and the old My Page will not be available to use.
